Join author Douglas Stuart, the Sunday Times Bestseller from the author of Booker- Prize winning ‘Shuggie Bain’’, as he discusses his new novel with the Rev’d Mark E Johnstone, Minister of Glasgow Cathedral. Both tender and brutal, Young Mungo explores the bounds of masculinity, the push and pull of family, the violence faced by so many queer people, and the dangers of being different in a hyper-masculine world. There will be a book signing at the event, with copies of Young Mungo available to purchase.
If you were not able to book a ticket to attend in person, we will provide a live stream of the event here. Please join us if you are able.
Please note this event is on Tuesday, 30th August at 7:30 pm, not “Thursday” as previously stated in error.
